Don’t forget about recovery!
Training for the race must have been pretty hard. But in order not to waste your efforts after the very first leg, don’t forget to thoroughly regenerate, as your fatigue substantially increases with each leg you run.
After each leg, don’t forget to properly stretch and, ideally, use the massage foam roller by Kine-MAX. The roller will help your strained muscles regenerate and break down the stiff muscle fibre.
